We are looking for an experienced technician to work at a well-established, independent auto repair shop located in Iowa City, IA. We would like to find a self-starter capable of diagnosing, inspecting, and repairing vehicles of many makes and models, as well as performing preventative maintenance.

Because we are committed to providing excellent customer service, good people skills are a must!

The Ideal Candidate:

• Capable of working independently or collaboratively, depending on what the situation calls for.
• Motivated by a desire to learn and is genuinely interested in the field of automotive technology.
• 3-5 years experience working in the automotive repair industry.
• Must own basic hand tools required for everyday work.
• Willing to attend training as needed.
• Must have a good driving record and current drivers licence.
• Training in the field of automotive repair, a 2-year associate's degree, or a trade school degree is preferred but not required.
